Orders placed before 17:00 on a business day are normally processed the same day. Orders placed after 17:00, on weekends or on public holidays are processed from the next business day.

Estimated delivery time is 7–18 days after dispatch. Delivery times are calculated from the date the order is shipped, not the order date.
