6. Order Cancellation

Order cancellation requests are assessed based on the processing and dispatch status of the order. Once an order has entered the shipping stage, cancellation is no longer possible. We will process your cancellation request as soon as possible.

  • Orders not yet dispatched may be eligible for cancellation
  • Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled. If cancellation is not possible, customers may proceed with the return process after delivery
  • Refunds are initiated within 1–3 business days after cancellation approval. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.  Actual processing time may vary depending on the payment provider

7. Returns, Refunds and No Exchange Service

Returns and refunds are managed in accordance with our Returns, Exchanges & Refunds Policy, which defines eligibility conditions, inspection procedures and refund timelines.

  • You may request a return within 48 days of receiving your items. Returned items are assessed before any refund is approved
  • Once a returned item is received and inspected, refunds are initiated within 1–3 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. The time required for funds to appear in your account depends on your financial institution.
  • We do not provide direct exchange services. Instead, customers may return eligible items and place a new order for the desired product.This approach helps ensure inventory accuracy, product condition verification and clear order tracking for all customers.
